Dan
Stratton has worked in lease financing for more than 25 years.
During that time, he has secured more than $1 billion in financing
for hundreds of commercial, federal, municipal, educational and
health care facilities. After being presented with an opportunity
to provide financing on a modular building project, Dan continued
to learn about the product and its many uses, and has concentrated
his efforts in this area for 20 years. Although most of his work
is now in modular buildings, he is knowledgeable in aircraft,
telecommunications, security and large computer mainframe financing.

Shannon
Stratton has more than 20 years of sales, lease financing
and executive management experience. With Stratton Securities
since its inception, Shannon has played a key role in establishing
SSI as one of the top leasing companies in the modular building
industry. Prior to joining Stratton Securities, Shannon was
the Controller for IMIX, a software development subsidiary of
ARIX Corporation. She also worked for MITRE Corporation where
she held a top-secret security clearance.
She also has extensive experience in residential and commercial
architecture and interior design.
