Daniel R. Stratton

Dan Stratton has worked in lease financing for more than 25 years. During that time, he has secured more than $1 billion in financing, for hundreds of commercial, federal, municipal, educational and health care facilities.

After being presented with an opportunity to provide financing on a modular building project, Dan continued to learn about the product and its many uses, and has concentrated his efforts in this area for 20 years.

To quote Dan, “modular buildings parallel real estate in many ways. If properly cared for, modular buildings can last 25 years or more and may be configured in numerous ways, with a variety of uses.”

Although most of his work is now in modular buildings, he is knowledgeable in aircraft, telecommunications, security and large computer mainframe financing.

William E. King

Bill King holds an International Master’s degree in Finance from one of Europe’s top-ranked business schools, EADA (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración) in Barcelona, Spain. Along with exceptional exposure to international business operations, he earned top marks at EADA, after earning his BBA cum laude from the University of Kentucky.

Before coming on board with Stratton, Bill worked in commercial real estate, focusing primarily on developing commercial, industrial and retail space. He is also a licensed pilot and a former college football player.

He has worked with Stratton Securities since 2007.
